Participation in the Coolest Island on the Planet are bound by global anti-spam and anti-copyright infringements as well as any content that is considered M or R or X-rated.
Spam:
Spam is defined as robot or otherwise non human submitted comments and remarks on any of the participating sites. Duplicate placements of comment content and/or blog content will be removed. Certain anti-spam measures have been implemented to avoid other than human submissions to be posted on any of the participating blogs.
Copyrights:
Copyright violations and infringements are taken very serious and all non-original content is considered a copyrights infringement with the exception of embedded video from public sources such as YouTube, Vimeo, DailyMotion and other similar sites.
Any notification of copyright infringement by a third party not participating in the Coolest Island on the Planet Challenge will be considered to be correct and the blog or post will be disabled by the SearchAmelia.com administrator without further appeal. Please make sure that all your content, written and pictorials, are original or have permission of the copyright holder to place such content on your blog. (permission of copy protected content must contain mentioning of source)
SearchAmelia.com and its parent or affiliate sites cannot be held liable for any copyright infringements beyond its knowledge and are held harmless against any such claims by all participants.
Content:
the amelia-contest.com website is rated pg-13 and as such any content considered for Mature, R-rated and X-rated will be removed for any participant’s blog and or comments system including any link to such sites.
Contest Duration:
The duration of the contest is from the time of publication until December 15, 2009. The winner of the Contest will be announced on December 16, 2009.

Any occurance not specifically covered within the rules will be evaluated based on similar common contest stipulations and may from time to time be added to the Rule-set. Any changes in the rules of participation will be posted and via e-mail be made known to the participants.
